Goalkeeper Filip Bednarek makes the switch from SC Heerenveen to Lech Poznán. Due to the departure of the Pool, the Frisian club currently has no keepers in the selection.
First goalkeeper Warner Hahn previously decided not to renew his expiring contract and is looking for a new club on a free transfer. Third goalkeeper Trevor Doornbusch is also transfer-free.
Heerenveen was talking to Bednarek to extend his contract, but he has now opted for a departure to his home country.
The 27-year-old Bednarek, who previously played for FC Twente, FC Utrecht and De Graafschap, held six Eredivisie matches for the team of trainer Johnny Jansen last season. He becomes a competitor of the Dutch goalkeeper Mickey van der Hart at Lech Poznán.
Technical manager Gerry Hamstra has to record several goalkeepers for Heerenveen this summer. The number ten of the past Eredivisie season has not yet brought in any players for the coming season.
