During the third regular meeting via the visual communication system, the Professional League Board discussed the developments of the technical committee related to scenarios for the resumption of sports activity, stressing that the final proposal will be adopted after coordination with the relevant authorities and the Football Association, to take the appropriate decision, and based on the coordination meeting with the Federation The Asian, scheduled for the coming days, and the results of those meetings will be announced later.
The association said in a press statement yesterday: “The outcomes and recommendations of the developmental technical initiatives workshop, organized by the association in the presence and participation of professional clubs, have been discussed. Updates of the competition regulations, which the association has been working on annually to conform to the requirements and new laws, have been presented, where regulations were adopted during the meeting".
She added: «The meeting continued with the item on the developments of the commercial and marketing affairs team, which included previous activities and services, as well as future plans and projects, and the meeting was briefed on the developments of the Media and TV Broadcasting Department in terms of current and future projects, and discussed the outputs of the Association's Crisis and Risk Management team, which started its work with the beginning Corona pandemic, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, where the results and steps reached by the working group were discussed, which will end with the issuance of an integrated guide to crisis management, especially in the resumption of training and matches.
The meeting was chaired by Chairman of the Board, Abdullah Al-Junaibi, and was attended by his deputy, Jamal Al-Marri, and board members: Mohammed Al-Yamahi, Hassan Al-Marri, Tariq Al-Shabibi, Saeed Obaid Al-Kaabi and Jawaher Al-Suwaidi, CEO, Walid Al-Hosani, and Business Development Adviser, Dr. Khaled Mohammed.
After the coordination with the concerned authorities and the Football Association, the final proposal for the league will be adopted to take the appropriate decision.
