Caleb Richard's 21-year-old footballer in Norwich recently wrote an e-book: The Transision, which describes how an athlete can transition to a meat-free diet.

Richards wanted to test change his eating habits because some of his teammates were already testing a vegetarian diet and after seeing the documentary "The Game Changers" on Netflix.

"After the change I found many advantages both in my normal life, but especially in my athletic achievements."
