We have known since May 28 that the Premier League would resume on June 17; now, it is sports competitions that can resume in camera from June 1, announced Saturday, May 30 the British government.

"The wait is over. British sport will return soon under safe and tightly controlled conditions," said Sports Minister Oliver Dowden at a press conference.

This resumption comes after more than two months of stoppage due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
