The Federal Board clubbed the proposal on Tuesday - but whether it can really be a game in June depends entirely on whether the Public Health Authority gives its permission.
Previously, the goal was to get started at the end of May-June.
During the chairman's meeting on Sunday, the clubs agreed to move forward the scheduled season premiere one month. The clubs want at least three weeks of preparation before they become sharp.
- This is to have something to relate to. It's a pretty big organization to get a league game up and running, so we need some points of view to be able to handle it, "Annika Grälls, president of Elite Football, told TT on Monday.
Planned series start for the Elitettan will remain on June 13-14.
