Atlético Madrid player João Félix has assured that his brother Hugo, currently in the lower categories of Benfica , "does things" that he was unable to do when he was his age.
The Portuguese pearl, who landed at the Madrid club last summer for 126 million euros , has said that her brother can be a bomb, and that he has everything to continue progressing and reach the first team at Benfica.
In an interview on the Portuguese club's television channel, Félix has ensured Hugo's success if he "continues to work and focus as he has and continues to listen to people who want to help him."
The rojiblanco club forward has confessed the similarities he has with his brother, five years younger than him: "We both like to score goals. He shoots better fouls , I shoot penalties better, but we both played more or less in the same positions. "
In addition, both are promoters of the "pretty game": "In football you have to play simple, but we like to do something different , something that encourages the fans. Since we were children we have seen ourselves play and we tried to do the same" .
Both brothers recalled together an emotional memory of Hugo's first game as a Benfica ball boy, in which they were able to celebrate together the two goals that João scored against Marítimo in the "eagles" 6-0 victory.
"He was not ready, I just asked him which goal he was going to be on. I was fortunate enough to score (after three minutes of play) in the goal that he was. Then I scored another goal and went to celebrate with him too", remembered.
