The workshop covered the title of motivating and inspiring leadership and its themes included the workshop presented by Abdel Mohsen Zakaria Ahmed, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Physical Education at Helwan University in Cairo, the definition of the difference between leadership and motivating leadership of the team, the skills that must be available in the leader coach and how to develop them, motivating and motivating behavior and willingness to make an effort to achieve The desired goals, and the necessity of having an inspiration to evoke those motives.

The player’s motives, types, characteristics, and importance in sport in general and football activity in particular, and the reasons for the decrease in those motives, which are lack of information, anxiety, misconception, lack of noticeable success, low self-confidence and repeated failures, were also discussed.


The workshop presented successful ways to develop motivation by not suppressing the motivations of players, helping them feel successful, facing challenges, being able to achieve goals and reduce unwanted anxiety.
