Handshake prohibition and distance requirement

Russian football is gradually starting to recover after a long pause associated with the coronavirus pandemic. On May 15, the executive committee of the RFU decided to resume the RPL season from June 21, and a few days later the clubs received special regulations from the league, agreed jointly with Rospotrebnadzor. It explains in detail what requirements the team will have to observe during training and matches.

In particular, the document states that all Premier League teams should “spend the training period” before the resumption of the season lasting at least 21 days, that is, start classes no later than June 1.

At the same time, training will be held with a lot of restrictions. In this regard, Russia took the German and Spanish experience as an example. As in the Example, first the players will prepare individually, then in small groups, and then in general. During classes, they will not be able to use the sauna and pool, and a visit to the gym "must be minimized."

During their stay at the base, football players must observe a social distance of two meters, with the exception of the period of being on the field. Handshakes and hugs are also prohibited, and everyone can drink only from a personal bottle.

Strict rules will apply during matches. The stadiums will be divided into three zones: clean, tribune and outdoor, the presence of which will be strictly regulated. Teams are required to come to the arena on several buses or cars to provide the necessary distance between the players.

Of course, there is no talk of traditional pre-match handshakes and pennant exchanges. Each team will appear on the field separately. It was decided to abandon the traditional practice of bringing children to the field. By the way, they will not be able to serve the balls. According to the regulations, adults will do this. In addition to their direct responsibilities, they will disinfect the balls before and after matches, as well as during breaks.

Finally, great attention will be paid to regular testing of football players. All employees and players will be constantly tested. In case of detection of a coronavirus, a person must self-insulate for 14 days. You can quarantine "subject to two negative PCR tests."

Beginning of training at the Zenith and departure for the collection of Ufa

Meanwhile, some teams have already resumed training, without waiting for the deadline indicated by the regulations. The first on May 15, just on the day of the Executive Committee of the RFU, the Zenit players started their studies. However, the club made a reservation that we are not talking about full-fledged work.

In the near future, Rubin is also going to return to full training. The day before, the restrictions imposed on athletes were partially lifted in Tatarstan and allowed professional clubs to resume classes "subject to all sanitary and epidemiological standards."

Located in neighboring Bashkiria, "Ufa" on May 18 went to a training camp in the Chelyabinsk region. Before that, all the football players of the team, as well as the administrative and coaching staffs were tested on COVID-19.

Also on Monday, resumed training at Wings of the Soviets. At the same time, a team from Samara fighting for survival will be forced to start work without head coach Miodrag Božović, who is still at home in Serbia.

Farfan's malaise and Pliev's self-isolation

It seems that even two confirmed cases of coronavirus in football players should not prevent the resumption of the season. The first RPL player to have COVID-19 detected was Lokomotiv striker Jefferson Farfan. This became known on Saturday.

“Three days ago, Farfan felt a headache and weakness. Cough and fever appeared. Computed tomography of the lungs showed changes inherent in viral pneumonia. He was diagnosed with viral pneumonia and a smear was taken. It took three days to test. Today it showed a positive result at COVID-19. We started active treatment. We hope that in three to four weeks Jeff will resume training, ”the railway service press service quotes Lokomotiv doctor Nikita Karlitsky.

And on Monday it became known about the detection of coronavirus in the defender of the “Rubin” Konstantin Pliev. The statement of the Kazan club says that the athlete feels fine and has been on self-isolation in his native Vladikavkaz since early April. It is noted that he did not contact other team members.

According to Sport-Express, the test for COVID-19 of his brother Zaurbek Pliev, who plays for Dynamo Moscow, turned out to be negative. However, the defender will have to spend 14 days in quarantine in Vladikavkaz, as they contacted at various events in their homeland, including at a wedding.

But the president of Spartak Leonid Fedun, who was hospitalized with coronavirus on May 7, finally got better. He reported improved health in recent days.

“Better, thanks.” We still need to undergo computed tomography, everything else, ”- quotes Fedun TASS.

Transfer Sobolev and Melgarejo care

Spartak, unlike other RPL clubs, has not yet started training and is going to do it only on May 25th. However, at the same time, the red-and-white drew up an important deal, having bought forward Alexander Sobolev from Wings of the Soviets. The forward moved to Moscow in the winter on loan and spent four matches for her in all tournaments in which he gave two assists.

The club did not say anything about the details of the deal, noting only that the 23-year-old Sobolev "signed a long-term contract." According to Transfermarkt, Spartak paid € 4.5 million for Alexander.

Also, according to the Italian press, red and white are interested in the midfielder of “Milan” Diego Laxalt, who is able to play both in the center of the field and on the left flank. Moreover, the agent of Uruguayan Ariel Krasouski noted that not only Spartak, but also other leading Russian clubs are watching his client.

"Spartacus"? So far, nothing concrete, but they can confirm interest. Diego has always had fans in Russia: there are requests for information, advice, but so far without specifics. The same goes for Krasnodar and Lokomotiv. So far, we have not been able to reach an agreement with Russian clubs, but in the future, who knows. If an interesting proposal appears, we will analyze it together with Milan, ”Calciomercato.com quotes the agent.

As for the losses of Spartak, for now it is only known that they will not return to the team of Andre Schurrle with Lorenzo Melgarejo. The latter expires at the end of June a valid contract, which the club is not going to renew. Paraguayan can pursue a career in Turkey. Also, according to the French press, the red-white allegedly may be left without the main central defender Samuel Gigot, who is interested in “Lyon”.

Interest in Dziuba in Milan and a new contract for Semak

And in Italy, the local press continues to woo Artem Dziubu into various Serie A clubs. Following the rumors about Lazio, information appeared according to which the striker could go to Milan. However, in the “Zenith” it was immediately denied.

“Rumors about the departure of Azmuna and Dziuba have no basis. These are the manners of agents, not only in Italy, but also in other countries. Our position remains unchanged: we are not going to sell or buy anyone, ”cites the words of the club’s club’s general director Alexander Medvedev,“ Championship ”.

At the same time, on June 30, the striker will expire a valid contract with Zenit, and its extension has not been officially announced.

Until now, the contract has not been prolonged and the head coach of the team from the Northern capital, Sergei Semak. In early May, the specialist admitted that the club sent him a contract, according to which he “had questions”. But Medvedev hastened to reassure the fans, and in this case, promising to settle the last formalities in the coming days.

“We have no controversial issues left, minor technical details are being worked out. I think this week, in the worst case the next, everything will be signed with us. The term of the agreement is “two plus one,” TASS quotes Medvedev.

Another party of Krasnodar legionnaires and Smolov’s comment

But the Krasnodar RPL, which occupies the third place in the standings, still appears in the press only due to the active pastime of its legionnaires in quarantine. In April, a party with alcohol was held by Cayo and Vanderson, the latter leading a live broadcast of the event on Instagram, but later deleted the video. Then the club chose to lower the situation on the brakes and emphasized only that all players are in quarantine.

But the incident did not teach anything to the legionnaires, and a month later they fell into a similar scandal, and Vanderson again came up with nothing better than starting a live broadcast on a social network. In addition to various bottles of alcohol on the table, players and their friends found scattered denominations of one and five thousand rubles.

Athletes themselves not only consumed alcoholic beverages, but also inhaled some gas from balloons. In the comments under one of the broadcasts even the former Krasnodar striker Fyodor Smolov was noted. He praised the Brazilian party with the phrase “Match quality”. (RT ).
