A ladies' Swedish premiere in the transition from May to June never came to fruition. Therefore, during the chairman's meeting on Sunday, the clubs agreed on a new date to aim for: June 27-28.

One of the reasons for the decision is that the clubs want three weeks of preparation before the series starts.

The plan will now be presented during the Swedish Football Association's board meeting, which will be held on Tuesday.

However, the premiere still depends on the Public Health Authority giving the go-ahead.

- This is a plan. There are many associations, there are twelve in the damall Swede and 14 in the elite. And this is to have something to relate to. It's a pretty big organization to get a league game up and running, so we need some points of view to be able to handle it, "says Annika Grälls, president of Elite Football.

What do you think about the possibilities that you get started then?

- I dare not speculate. But I think it is gratifying that the Public Health Authority says that the game on the plane is not a major obstacle, which should mean that we can get started. It would be desirable for everyone, so that we can play a whole series, says Grälls.

Regarding the elite, the clubs' hopes are still up and running on June 14, but there is also a positive message from the Public Health Authority.
