Arsenal Football Club announced that it takes "seriously" reports that inhaled French striker Alexandre Lacazette nitrogen oxide gas known as laughing gas, and that "it is a special issue that will be dealt with internally."
The Daily Star newspaper reported that Lacazette appeared in pictures and the balloon in his mouth and sent a video to one of his friends, saying that he was "at home, relax and inhale the balloons."
And the French international had received a warning from the London club in 2018 when a video leaked with his German colleagues Masoud Ozil and his compatriot Matteo Ganduzi and Gabon Pierre Emeric Obamiatig inhaling gas known to change the human voice for a few seconds, in a nightclub.
"It is a special issue that we take very seriously. We will deal with it internally," a spokesman for "Artillery" said.
It is the second time that Lacazette has violated strict isolation laws recently, after he warned last month not to adhere to social estrangement, as he was seen standing close to a person who was cleaning his car.
