400,000 officials concerned

The principle of this bonus, exempt from social security contributions and not taxable, had been announced by the Minister of Public Accounts Gérald Darmanin on April 15. It must concern an official of the State Civil Service on five, that is to say 400,000 people, had then specified the Ministry of Public Accounts to AFP. In the territorial public service, it is the territorial authority (for example the mayor) which defines the amount and the terms of the bonus, also capped at 1,000 euros. The exceptional premium granted to medico-social establishments and services is the subject of a separate decree, with amounts of 500 to 1,500 euros.
