The Court of First Instance in Tunis today issued a judgment against the Tunisian international player Hamdi El-Naqaz, who was in prison after the preliminary ruling that he had previously obtained.

Al-Naqaz canceled his contract with Zamalek last February on the pretext of not receiving his dues, and received a ruling from the International Football Association (FIFA) to fine the club one million and 300 thousand dollars.

Tunisian media reported that the player received a suspended 4-month prison sentence, and Al-Naqaz was released on Friday after the trial session.

Al-Naqaz was punished with 4 months imprisonment with urgent enforcement, in addition to a fine of 100 Tunisian dinars, after a verbal transgression of a public official, and he has been in prison since April 30th.
