A study conducted by the "Visible" Foundation, specialized in the field of statistics and studies, revealed that the losses of the Premier League clubs could reach 878 million pounds if the matches of next season (2020-2020) are held without an audience.

The study, published by the Spanish newspaper "AS", indicated the possibility of reducing these losses, which are classified as revenues from matches and television transmission, to be limited to 416 million pounds if the fans are allowed to return from the next season.

The study confirmed that the losses will affect the twenty clubs, but it was suggested that Arsenal will be the most financially affected club due to the establishment of its matches without an audience, especially since a quarter of its revenues in the 2018-2019 season came from broadcasting rights revenues along with advertisements, box office and sales. In this case, the study indicated, Arsenal's losses alone could be 122 million pounds.

Although Manchester United had the highest broadcast revenue in England in the 2018-2019 season, when it reached 110 million pounds, but it is expected that he will lose about 140 million pounds from these revenues if he plays his matches without an audience.

The study expected that the losses of Liverpool, the leaders of the English Premier League table for the current season, will be limited to 105 million pounds in the next season, compared to losses of about 81 million pounds to be incurred by Chelsea.

It is worth mentioning that the revenues of broadcasting the English Premier League TV broadcast, which are distributed to the Premier League clubs, are approximately one billion pounds.
