“I saw some strange news, but nothing has changed regarding what I have always said about football: team training will not resume until May 18, and there is no talk about resuming the season,” Spadafora wrote on his Facebook.
He noted that now he would prefer to focus on other sports, as in the near future sports and health centers will be able to open again.
The Italian football championship has been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier, Inter allowed football players to conduct individual training on a voluntary basis.
