Icelandic actor Hafthor Bjornsson set a world record in weightlifting yesterday, when he lifted a weight of 501 kg in Iceland.

Beurson - known as the portrayal of Gregor Kligan's "The Mountain" in the popular series "Clash of Thrones" - broke the previous record set by British Eddie Hall in 2016 when he became the first man to lift 500 kilograms.

Purenson, who is 205.7 centimeters tall, won the world's most powerful man competition in 2018.
