After the season, the men's coaches Mattias Nilsson and Fredrik Uusitalo announced that they are quitting.

Johan Olsson, who won both Olympic and World Cup gold, had consultancy assignments during the season and supported the men's coaches. But there does not appear to be any progress even though the Swedish Ski Federation has not finished with any new men's coaches.

He tells Aftonbladet that no one from the ski association has heard of them after the season.

- I haven't talked to anyone, but you have to respect that, he tells the newspaper.

Seasonal planning not finished

In addition to new men's coaches, new length coach Daniel Fåhraeus and national team manager Anders Byström will set up the organization for the women's team.

In mid-May, Fåhraeus hopes the national team organization will be complete. The season planning is also unclear.

SVT Sport was able to tell yesterday that the ski association had to cancel the first training camps due to the corona pandemic.

"The likely plan is that the camps will not start until August," said Daniel Fåhraeus.
