According to the RPL press service, according to the first option, the restart of the season is scheduled for June 21. At the same time, the first two rounds are planned in a weekly cycle in order to smooth out the load on the players, the next five rounds will be held with matches in the middle of the week, and the last round - again in the weekly cycle.
According to the second option, the games will be resumed on June 28 with a weekly cycle at the beginning and the remaining seven rounds with matches in the middle of the week.
It is noted that both options are made up taking into account the possible replay of the Cup of Russia, the decision on which will be made by the Russian Football Union (RFU).
RPL, like most world football championships, was suspended due to coronavirus. At the time of the stop, 22 out of 30 rounds were played.
Earlier it was reported that the RPL does not exclude the replay of the season with empty stands.
