It is an inflammation of a disc in the back that has disturbed Rebecca Peterson since December. Thus, an injury she suffered was already during the Australian Open (went out in the first round) in January and which "escalated", according to Peterson.

- To see something positive in this whole situation it has been very good for me because I have really been able to feel that I have a good time to recover and be good at real, she says to the Radio Sport and continues:

- Normally you might feel a little stressed during a competition period because there are competitions more or less every week.

The last 24-year-old, ranked 44th in the world, competed in the Mexico WTA Tournament in early March where she reached the quarterfinals. Now all competitions have been stopped until the earliest on July 13, but Peterson rejoices in his first tennis session in a long time:

- It was absolutely incredible. It was so nice to get out and play tennis again, and be able to hit the ball. Even though we only played for half an hour, it was a very big progress and this is the first time that I have not had my back pain in months.
