The discussions that take place within the International Ski Association Fis are about having fewer competition places in the coming season. Alpine manager Tommy Eliasson Winter thinks it is a good idea because traveling is hard on the riders, but it is not a problem that Anna Swenn-Larsson recognizes.

- I think it is great fun to be away and for me it is no problem to be out for long periods during the winter, she tells SVT Sport.

"Would be a bit boring"

The Swede is mainly investing in slalom and parallel slalom, which means that the competition schedule is not quite as thick for her as for the riders who drive even more disciplines.

- I focus more on slalom and parallel, it would have been a different thing if I had run four to five disciplines.

She would rather see the World Cup competitions being held in many different places - just like previous years.

- I would think it was a bit sad if many competitions were in the same places. I think it is the charm that you get different character on the slopes and come to new places. But of course, if there is a solution for us to compete, it doesn't matter to me.
