The current top three on the ATP list is planning to create an aid fund to support lower-income professional players ranked on the list, in light of the current Corona crisis.

This came, according to several media reports today, Saturday, based on a letter sent by fellow world number one Novak Djokovic and head of the Professional Tennis Council to his fellow players.

These reports stated that Djokovic had held consultations in this regard with his Swiss colleagues Roger Federer and Spain's Rafael Nadal.

The three players had individually participated in auxiliary campaigns out of the field of tennis in the Corona pandemic.

Through the current proposal, the trio intends to collect more than four million dollars in order to give the players ranked on the global list between the 250th to the 700th position, ten thousand dollars per player.
