The Football Association of Turkmenistan suspended the league competition in which eight clubs are participating on March 24, but it has not given an official reason for this decision.

The former Soviet Republic, with a population of six million and gained independence in 1991, declared that it had no cases of HIV and yet had already closed its borders to travel.
