The organizing committee introduced that the design inspiration of "Feifei" comes from the image of "Shenniao" in Liangzhu culture. She combines Hangzhou's historical humanities and technological innovation, and also carries the hope of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. "Shenbird" has a legend in China that conveys good news. Therefore, "Feifei" is also a messenger of culture and happiness. The mascot "Fei Fei" has the same emblem as "Ever Forward" and the slogan "Hearts Meet, Dreams Shine", which will become an excellent carrier to vigorously promote the Hangzhou Asian Para Games.
