The Football Association Appeal Committee decided during its meeting yesterday, remotely, headed by Chancellor Adel Al-Junaibi, to postpone the decision of the appeal submitted by the Union Club Kalba against the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, which decided to reject the complaint in which the club demanded the return of its match against Bani Yas within the 19th round of the Gulf League Al-Arabi to its next meeting scheduled next Tuesday. The committee chairman, Adel Al-Junaibi, said in press statements: “The postponement of the decision on the case came due to the inclusion of the discipline committee’s file in this regard in the file of the appeal committee for this case. The session was held by remote litigation system.”

The club was represented at the first session of the Appeals Committee by the executive director of the club, Khaled Al-Naqbi, and the lawyer for the football club in the club, lawyer Saud Al-Hajj.

It is noteworthy that the game, which was administered by international referee Ahmed Issa, ended with a 2-1 victory for Baniyas.
