Adnan Chuk comes closest from the Geneva Lions, the top team in the Swiss league. The team was in third place in the table before the series had to end because of the spread of the corona virus.

As a player he won the SM gold with Södertälje and played professional basketball in Belgium and Germany. After that he returned home and did two seasons in Jämtland - and now he is back as coach of the club.

- It will be a powerful feeling to step into the Sports Hall and together with the fans war for life against an SM sign, says Chuk to Jämtland's website.

Chuk, who led Norrköping to the SM gold in 2018, knows many in his new club and has great confidence in the management. He takes over after Torbjörn Gehrke.

- For me, it's primarily about managing what Gehrke and the club have managed after the new Sports Hall came along, and I like the goal of winning a national title and playing internationally over the next three seasons, says Chuck.

The well-regarded 38-year-old has also been the assistant captain for the Swedish men.
