The sports world is still standing because of the corona pandemic and the UFC has canceled its three most recent crowds.

But as of the next gala, on April 18, the UFC's schedule will continue as planned - though without an audience.

Next week's MMA gala was initially scheduled for New York, but has been relocated. No new arena has been announced, but Dana White tells TMZ Sports that he has fixed an arena where he will "pump out fights every week".

Private island

According to ESPN, the gala - where the main number is Tony Ferguson vs. Justin Gaethje, who settles for an interim lightweight title - will be held somewhere on the US west coast.

White says that after that he plans to move the octagon to a private island (in an as yet unknown place in the world) - this in order to get his international stars back on track when the United States has imposed severe travel restrictions.

- I am only days away from securing a private island. I will not be able to get all international chickens to the US so I will fly them into the island and have international matches there. We have our own flights and everything, says White.
