Precisely, Rafael is not on vacation. Olympique Lyonnais continues to follow its players during this confinement period. "We have a program, which we must follow, adapted to each player. We do not all have the same infrastructure, I am in an apartment for example, I do not have all the equipment to do the exercises, so we adapt, "said the ex-Manchester United player. "And for food, we know what to do even if we all want to eat in this period, we know that the championship can come back soon."

"I don't like to read too much"
The rest of his free time is spent in part with his family. "I don't like reading too much, I stay at home, I play with my children, we try to invent things to do, exercises, games." But also to a video game very popular at the moment by footballers: "As I don't like reading too much, I watch series, I play Call Of Duty on the Playstation (a shooter in the first person, editor's note ). "
