Press reports in Germany revealed that the German League, in its two levels, will resume the matches of the current season during the first week, or the second, of next May.

The German sports magazine "Kicker" indicated that the 36 German clubs agreed to end the season no later than June 30, and that the bulk of these matches will not be played in the system known as the English Week (he played several matches per week).

The magazine added that the condition for the implementation of this plan is to give health authorities the green light to hold matches without an audience.

Weekly appointments are expected to be used primarily for postponed matches, cup matches or European club competitions, including the postponed match between Werder Bremen and Eintracht Frankfurt.

In the cup championship, there are semi-final and final matches.

And, "kicker" added that if things go perfectly, the English week system will not be resorted to until the end of the season, except in only one week, and the descending and emerging teams and the cup championship will be determined by this date.

The German League has suspended the current season's competitions until April 30th, and European club competitions have been suspended until further notice.
