"Box Girls" - awakens future dreams in poor Kenya

Kariobangi in Kenya's capital Nairobi, is one of the poorest areas of the city. Crime and general hopelessness have long been the only thing that characterized the district. But in 2008, the project "Box Girls" was initiated by Alfred Analo - also known as "the Priest". The organization has, against all odds, grown and today has over 1500 female members. The aim was to strengthen the self-esteem of young girls through boxing and give them the opportunity to develop and dream of a better future.
