The 43-year-old is training, among other things, the high jumper Sofie Skoog, who has returned, jumping 1.88 last season. The limit for reaching the Olympics, although it is SOK that makes the decision, is 1.96 a height Skoog never passed.

This week it was clear that the Tokyo Olympics was postponed for a year and athletics will probably be decided the first week of August 2021. The IOC is currently planning and together with 33 international sports federations.

Now it is important to keep the routines and exercise in order that the day the coronary restrictions release be ready. Sweden is relatively open. In France, Spain and Italy you don't even have to go out - without a certificate. Even less exercise. In Norway, joint training is prohibited.

Able to practice in the regular indoor hall

- In terms of training, there have been no problems since we were able to be in the indoor hall we normally are in, Holm tells SVT Sport.

No one knows when the season can get started, but several sports have preliminary plans to get started at the end of May / June. At the moment, a maximum of 50 people can be met simultaneously in Sweden.

- What is problematic is how the racing season should look. We will not be able to go to any training camp in May as we usually do. We can of course compete but how fun is it to compete against each other in Kil every weekend?

Competitions with resistance are needed to develop, which is currently inhibiting Sofie Skoog.

- After all, you want to come out a bit, not least Sofie Skoogh who has international ambitions. It is difficult to plan for the summer and the racing season so far, says Holm.
