According to the head of the Supervisory Board of RUSADA Alexander Ivlev, whose words are conveyed by TASS, the hearings will be held from 8 to 15 June.

On December 9, 2019, the WADA Executive Committee recognized RUSADA as non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code and suspended Russia for four years from international competitions, and also forbade it from hosting international tournaments. In addition, it was recommended that Russian athletes participate in competitions only in neutral status.

This is due to the identification of intentional changes in the data of the Moscow laboratory, the transfer of which in its original form was one of the key conditions for restoring RUSADA compliance status.

Earlier, IOC President Thomas Bach answered the question of how the postponement of the Olympic Games in Tokyo from 2020 to 2021 can affect the question of the removal of Russian athletes from the Games.
