The Cameroonian "Daily News" newspaper revealed that Liverpool defender Joel Matip has been infected with the new Corona virus, "Coved 19".
The newspaper said: "The medical tests carried out by the Liverpool players proved positive in the Matip sample, so the Liverpool club immediately moved in an emergency situation to close all its facilities and headquarters, and all the players were quarantined and underwent new tests."
While the English newspapers did not publish anything about Matip's injury, the Cameroonian newspaper revealed the injury of its international player.
The English clubs revealed injuries in their ranks, including Leicester City, Everton and Bournemouth, while the other clubs did not announce any cases of the virus.
