The Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, Ashraf Sobhi, provided good news to the fans of the two Egyptian poles, Al-Ahly and Zamalek, before they faced Moroccan and Raja teams in the semi-finals of the African Football Champions League. I hesitated about the possibility of the two games being played without fans due to the Corona virus.

Ashraf Sobhi said in television statements to the channel "On Sport": "We are working to postpone the works in Cairo Stadium, to host the matches Al-Ahly and Zamalek in the semi-finals of the African Champions League."

The Cairo Stadium administration had announced earlier that the stadium will be closed from next April in order to prepare its ground, but it will be postponed until after hosting the Al-Ahly and Zamalek matches in the African Champions League.

Regarding the obsession with the Corona virus and the possibility of playing Zamalek and Al-Ahly without an audience, he said: "There is no need to postpone sports activity in Egypt and play without an audience because of the Corona virus, and there are daily contacts with officials to follow the developments of the spread of the disease."

The first leg of the Champions League semi-final will take place on one of the first or second of next May in Morocco, and the return matches will be held on one of the 8 or 9 of the same month in Egypt.
