On Thursday, the municipality of Oslo announced that the skiing competitions in Holmenkollen would be run without crowds at the stands because of the corona virus. Despite the ban, several people went out into the forests outside Oslo. Police announced that over 100 drunken youths had been staying in the tracks, according to TT News Agency.

"Several of them are unable to take care of themselves and are assisted by the Red Cross and the police," police wrote on Twitter.

A heavily intoxicated man entered the track and disturbed several riders - in the middle of the competition.

- It was almost as if Astrid (Uhrenholdt Jacobsen) and I were knocked down by someone who ran into the track. It's stupid that things like that happen, so it shouldn't be, says Heidi Weng according to Dagbladet.

- We had to change tracks when he came running. It could have gone really bad, luckily it went well,

"Is actually getting really annoyed"

Mattias Persson, leader of the Swedish team, was in place in Holmenkollen. According to him, the Swedish riders were not affected, but he gets cursed when he hears about the incident.

- I'm actually getting really annoyed. Inside the barriers, there must be high security. It must not happen that people come into a race track. And that such a big and reputable organizer can't make sure it doesn't come into the arena, I think that's actually too bad, Persson tells Expressen.
