The sights in Andorra were not perfect but Kristofer Turdell managed to get a really nice ride during the third stop of the tour in Ordino-Arcalís. A small miss in a landing probably cost the Swede the victory but could still write up another pallet pat on the track record.

Kristofer Turdell, who came second in the total last year and won the year before, started the Freeride World Tour with a win in Kicking Horse, Canada, but had a worse day in Japan, Hakuba, at the last when he finished twelve.

But after today's third place, he now steps up as the sole leader in the overall standings with two competitions left (Fieberbrunn and Verbier).

Swedish dominance on the tour

The win in Andorra went to Frenchman Léo Slemett before second Isaac Freeland, USA.

Reine Barkered finished fifth and Carl Regnér Eriksson finished in eighteenth place, which means that there are currently three Swedes in the top six in the overall standings.
