Coleman had a strong fall and struck with really good competitions of 50 and 100 meters freestyle at the Swedish Championships and in the World Cup. Now it will be the distances she is investing in for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

- It became a very big step for me. Especially at sprint distances. It has not really been my main distances in the past, since I have invested in 200 freesim and it has been my distance. That was where I was in the final in Rio, but during the fall there was variety and it was great fun, she says to Radio Sports.

Coleman has two European medals. The first one came in 2013 in short course and then it was 50 meters backstroke. The second came the following year when she took bronze at 100 meters freely at the European Championships in Berlin 2014.

- It has been so that all the focus in the past has been on 200 free swims, but then I swam 50 free swims, 100 free swims and a little back swim sometimes. So it's been quite a lot. Now I feel that I will opt out of 200 freesim, she says.
