Local reports say Japanese professional football J-League is considering ending the league because of the spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19).

Sports Hochi, a Japanese sports media, reported on Wednesday that the J-League Secretariat has taken measures to stop the league at the request of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

The J League Secretariat first held a two-day, two-day emergency executive committee meeting with the presidents of the clubs and discussed the results of postponing the team's next game if a player or front was infected.

Sports Hoch said during the opening match on Wednesday, various opinions came to the public for the safety of the spectators, such as playing spectators for a while or stopping the entire league.

The J-League has been suspended for a month from early July because of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The K-League, which is about to open on the 29th, postponed the home opening of the Daegu FC and Pohang Steelers as the Corona 19 confirmed in Daegu and Gyeongbuk.

The Korea Professional Football Federation is planning to play the game for the rest of the teams except Daegu and Gyeongbuk.
