Ryan Babel was terribly annoyed by the players of Getafe on Thursday. The attacker of Ajax expressed that in the second half of the lost Europa League-duel (2-0) in a special way: he imitated the behavior of the Cameroonian Allan Nyom.
After contact with Babel, Nyom rolled theatrically over the floor, after which the Ajax player followed him. A few seconds later, he also imitated the Getafe player when he stumbled to the side.
"Whether I would do it again? I don't know, it was a snapshot. At that moment I felt that the guest was very exaggerated and I got a yellow card," said 33-year-old Babel at FOX Sports.
"Perhaps we have had too much to provoke ourselves. The problem with Ajax is often that we do not throw in so much battle and let ourselves be trumped. That was not necessarily the case now, but at crucial moments the referee let himself be fooled by the opponent. That made Getafe stronger today. I was done pretty quickly. "
Hahahahaha that Babel. What a hero.Avatar

"We must also look at ourselves"
Babel, who is hired from Galatasaray, thinks that Ajax cannot just blame the defeat on the behavior of the Getafe players: he also saw his own team fail.
"We also absolutely have to look at ourselves. At times we play nicely, but it was not good enough. There is a lot to analyze for next week and hopefully we can make it right. Regardless of whether we get along well with Getafe's behavior "We've had two stubborn goals against. I wasn't necessarily impressed by Getafe. I still see perspective."
The return between Ajax and Getafe is next Thursday in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The kick-off is at 9 p.m.
