Ahead of the quarterfinals, few people believed in rattles from team five to eight in the table. Between the giant HV71 and Leksand, for example, there was a 60-point difference, and it also appeared on the ice in the first quarter finals.

The series winner HV71 extinguished the little hope Leksand had before the match, and after just over half the match it was 7-0 to Jönköpings team. For obvious reasons, the match never got exciting, and HV71 was able to win by 9-1.

In the final award between Luleå and Linköping, there was also a big victory when the reigning champions easily. The series offense dominated the match overall, and after two periods, the team had bombed Eveliina Suonpää in the LHC goal with 38 shots and scored five. In the end, Luleå won 7-0.

In the Stockholm exchange between Djurgården and AIK, the game was even more evenly seen. But then Djurgården showed how important it is with efficiency, and won with clear 5-1.

The match that was closest to seeing a rattle was between three Brynäs and six SDE. Brynäs had only 1-0 after two periods, but in the third they found the right one. Already in the second minute came 2-0, and five minutes later Katerina Mrazova punctured the match with 3-0 which Brynäs eventually won 4-0.
