The medal was within reach of the sprint when many top names boomed. But at the last shoot everything slipped out of Hanna Öberg's hands. The question is how to reload when the tears fall, when you had the great opportunity at a championship, but missed.

-It is about learning what is history, what is here and now and being able to look ahead. It's about being able to shift focus, says the biathlon team mental coach Göran Kenttä.

How easy is it to make it to a championship?

- It is clear that there are different challenges. Research and studies show that the higher the status and expectations, the harder it can be to manage it. But that is the way you exercise.

As you know Hanna Öberg, can she bounce back?

-We are very hopeful about it.

Despite the heavy sprint, Hanna Öberg has a fox behind her ear just for the next competition. The 24-year-old has taken Olympic gold and World Cup gold in the parade distance, where, just as in the hunting season, there are four shootings.

Do you have a mental superiority over competitors?

-I don't feel I have any downside anyway, hehe. I know what I can do on the dike and am confident in it. I know I can do these quick series on the closing standing shooter. I'm safe in those situations and I like to stand there when it is decided.

Does Hanna Öberg have any advantage over you others?

-It also depends on the weather, it can be very difficult when it is windy here. Yes ... you need a little luck too, says Italian Dorothea Wierer to SVT Sport.
