Fortunately, there was no damage to the car. Mads Östberg runs in the WRC2 class and enters the rally with a fresh victory from Monte Carlo in the back.

For the organizer, preparing for this year's rally has been a real challenge. The first concern was the lack of snow, which was solved by reducing the total distance from 300 to 180 kilometers.

But then the storm hit Ciara, which further deteriorated the conditions - and work is still ongoing to save especially the Likenäs route.
