Johannes Hösflot Kläbo broke yesterday's skiathlon race in Oberstdorf. The Norwegian had a bad day and instead aimed for a classic-style sprint revenge on Sunday.

In the sprint, Kläbo was superb. He was strongest in the finals and won ahead of compatriots Pål Golberg and Erik Valnes.

Oskar Svensson fifth

Best Swedish was Oskar Svensson, who finished in fifth place.

Alexander Bolshunov, who won the skiathlon yesterday, heads the overall World Cup. Kläbo is second and Sergei Ustjugov is in third place.
