Yesterday, Australian Lucas Herbert won the title of the 31st edition of the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, which was held at the Majlis Stadium in the Emirates Club, and its prize money reached 3.25 million US dollars.

Herbert won the title after a strong competition with South African Christian Bizudinhut, after the two players tied at the end of the four rounds with nine strikes below the average, to resort to additional pits, and the Australian excelled in the second hole by one stroke, to win the prize money amounting to 541 thousand and 660 dollars.

Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the Arab and Emirates Golf Federations, crowned the champion of the famous Arab Dallah Cup, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council Saeed Hareb, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Council Nasser Aman Al Rahma, and representatives of the organizers and sponsors of the event.
