The legalization process for MMA in France is advancing, and it will be done under the aegis of the French Boxing Federation, Sports Minister Roxana Maracineanu announced on Tuesday.

"After having collected and used the various information from (the) investigation phase, the Minister of Sports plans to grant by ministerial decree the delegation of the discipline of MMA to the French boxing federation," said the Minister of Sports.
