Linköping came to the bottom meeting with Brynäs with seven straight losses. And with a point down to the last of Leksand, the team was whipped to break the dismal trend.

And it looked like that was exactly what the East Goths were doing. When Linköping got the chance in powerplay in the second period, the team's shooting king Broc Little stepped forward when they needed him most. After creating large ice surfaces and then fitting in to Henrik Törnqvist who failed to outlast Samuel Ersson. But on the return, Little hit, and then the puck went in, and Linköping made 1-0.

In the third, the home team used another powerplay when Brynäskaptenen Anton Rödin sat expelled. And there was another experienced LHC player who netted. This time Patrik Lundh, who had an open goal after a sharp pass from Andrew Gordon.

Another tap at the end for Linköping

But Linköping has had a hard time closing matches in the third period. And with eight minutes left, Nicklas Danielsson managed to get holes on Jonas Gustavsson, reducing to 1-2. Brynäs was not clear there either. With three minutes Anton Rödin took revenge after his expulsion, and put the receipt.

- It is a damn shit we get against us, it stings well. That puck bounces like it does, to me it's very unfortunate, Bert Robertsson tells C More about Brynäs 2-2 goals.

It would be even worse for Linköping. In the extension, it was Brynäs who managed to net through Tomi Sallinen, who lowered Linköping which now has eight straight losses.

"All losses are stingy, but this one is tough, damn tough," says Robertsson.
