Former Vice President of the Egyptian Football Association Ahmed Shuber revealed the date of the super game that will bring Al-Ahly, the Egyptian League champion, with Zamalek, the cup champion, which the Egyptian Football Association decided to hold in the UAE next February.

The Emirates had hosted the Egyptian Super match on three previous occasions, the first was in 2015, during which Al-Ahly defeated Zamalek 3-2 at Al Ain Stadium, and in 2016 the match was held in Abu Dhabi, during which Zamalek defeated Al-Ahly on penalties, then the third was held in 2018, and won Al-Ahly defeated Al-Masry with an unanswered goal at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.

"The Egyptian Super is on February 20 at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, at nine o'clock Abu Dhabi time, seven Cairo time," Ahmed Shuber said in a tweet on his official account on the social networking site Tottier.

He added: "The meeting will be broadcast on ON, Time Sport, Abu Dhabi sports channels, and the possibility of Saudi sports. The meeting may be the beginning of the use of mouse technology in local competitions."
