Johannes Höstflot Kläbo, who became the youngest ever on the men's side to win the tour last year, led the final stage - the long and classic climb of 420 meters.

- He has dreamed nightmares about this hill for today's race. They will not be much nicer after this experience, says SVT's Anders Blomquist.

The long climb sucked the must from the Norwegian, who couldn't keep it together. Instead, it was second and third ahead of the stage, the Russians Alexandr Bolshunov and Sergei Ustiugov who moved away and ended up finishing second and second in the total of the Tour de Ski.

- He (Kläbo) loses the technology and starts to hurt, like Northug, and you see that now it hurts the body, says SVT's expert, Johanna Ojala.

Kläbo finishes in 21st place, 1.32 behind stage winner Simen Hegstad Krüger. He himself sees the 17th place over 15 km freestyle in Toblach as the moment when the tour was lost.

- To be honest, it was Toblach who ruined the whole tour. I have three stage wins but you can't have a bad day if you are going to be involved in the victory.

Alexandr Bolshunov won the tour for the first time and got a better finish than last year. Then he went out as third and dropped the pallet place in the climb.

- It feels wonderful. I was afraid to go too hard even during the last few meters of the climb, says Bolshunov.

Best Swedish in the tour was Jens Burman who finished 12th in the Tour de Ski.

- It's tough. Constant warfare, it feels. When you are out, it is not so much fun, but in some way you are sorry that it hurts and drives anyway. It's nice afterwards, Burman tells SVT Sport.
