Fiji international Leone Nakarawa, dismissed a month ago by Racing 92 for returning late from vacation after the World Cup, will return to the Glasgow Warriors, where he played from 2013 to 2016, announced on Thursday l Scottish team. The second line of 31 years (62 selections) must commit themselves until the end of the season, subject to obtaining a visa and to pass without medical examination, specify the Warriors on their website.
Nakarawa had been a major player in the club during his first visit. In 2015, he was notably elected man of the match for the Pro 12 final - the championship bringing together the best Welsh, Irish, Scottish and Italian provinces - won by the Warriors, their first international title.

But the Ile-de-France club chose to make an example on December 6 by dismissing him for his late return from post-World holidays. “In Racing, the only star is the team and the individualistic attitude of Mr. Leone Nakarawa is inconceivable. It indicates a total lack of team spirit and a marked insubordination ”, had written the club in its press release to justify this dismissal.
