This week, the launch of the Tour de Ski start in Lenzerheide, Switzerland starts. Therese Johaug is by far the best distance rider in the World Cup after four race weekends with 541 points ahead of second Heidi Weng at 145.

- I've watched many of John's races. If he stays there, how he uses his feet and arms. Stick and ski technique. How high he has his hip when he asks. There I have much to learn. Of the gentlemen, but also of the ladies, the 31-year-old says, adding:
- It's about the desire to be better all the time. I have that in me.
The Tour de Ski starts on Saturday with a 10 km mass start and on Sunday the tour continues with sprint.
