The Football Association held a brainstorming session in Dubai yesterday, Sunday, in a brainstorming session to discuss the mechanism of organizing the special strategic retreat in the framework of activating the Emirates Football Association initiative announced by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Transitional Committee this week.

The session was attended by Chairman of the Investment and Marketing Committee Khalfan Jumah Belhoul, Chairman of the Referees Committee Ali Hamad Al-Badawi and Chairman of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Players Aisha Rashid Al Tunaiji, Secretary-General of the Football Association Muhammad Abdullah Hazam Al-Dhaheri and a number of members of the team and managers of departments and departments of the Football Association.

The participants in the brainstorming session reviewed, according to a press release issued by the Football Association, a group of the main axes that will be discussed during the private strategic retreat related to the tasks of the Emirates Football Association in the field of teams, arbitration, competition management and other administrative affairs.

The special strategic retreat will include a group of national experiences, leaders and decision-makers to discuss ways to develop a new work system that contributes to developing the performance of Emirati football in the short, medium and long term. Discuss ways to develop the administrative system and update legislation and laws supporting sports excellence.

This retreat mainly aims to listen to the opinions of national experiences in the United Arab Emirates, study all proposals and recommendations, and draw the features of the Federation's business strategy during the coming period.

And the Transitional Committee of the Football Association announced that the date of the special strategic retreat will be decided upon and the location of it soon. Also, special invitations will be sent to the leaders and sports figures to contribute to enriching the dialogue and activating the initiative of the Football Association.

The private strategic retreat will contribute to finding effective solutions to many challenges related to participation in regional and global organizations and institutions, developing the performance of football academies, strengthening bridges of cooperation between the federation and football clubs in the country, supporting national teams in addition to studying international best practices in the work and employment of global federations To develop the work of the Emirates Football Association.
