Chelsea joined the fight to win the deal of Jadon Sancho, the young English star of the German club Borussia Dortmund.
According to the British newspaper "Sun", Chelsea are ready to pay about 140 million euros for Dortmund to obtain the signature of the 19-year-old Sancho.
Chelsea are facing stiff competition from Manchester United, who are also seeking to join the young star who has scored nine goals in the Bundesliga this season.
Chelsea are preparing to enter the transfer market strongly, after lifting a penalty that was imposed on the club for violating the contracting laws with young players.

Sancho moved to Dortmund at the end of the 2017 season, coming from Manchester City for about eight million euros, and he scored 12 goals and 14 assists, in his first season with the team.
Sancho became the youngest player in Dortmund's history to score more than ten goals.
